Manofmanymissions Closes Out the Sophomore ‘Crown’ Elims

TORONTO, ON— Manofmanymissions obliterated in the final sophomore colt trot Breeders Crown elimination at Woodbine Racetrack on Saturday, October 22. Mr Web Page was second, Luckycharm Hanover was third, Can Anyone Explain was fourth and Broad Bahn was fifth. These five proceed to next week’s final.

Broad Bahn went on a break before the start and regained stride at the eighth pole. Big Rigs went for the top, with Whiskey Tax pulling into second and Mr Web Page into third. Big Rigs took them by the quarter in :27.2.

Manofmanymissions came first over at the three-eighths and was up to Big Rigs’ wheel at the half in :57.4 (:30.2). Around the far turn, Manofmanymissions cleared the lead from Big Rigs as Mr Web Page came first over. He supplied cover to Luckycharm Hanover, Broad Bahn and Can Anyone Explain.

Big Rigs went off stride coming into the stretch. Manofmanymissions was clear from the pack and went on to win. Mr Web Page was 6 lengths back in second, Luckycharm Hanover finished third, Can Anyone Explain was fourth and Broad Bahn came late to finish fifth.

Manofmanymissions is by Yankee Glide out of the mare Armbro Vanquish by Garland Lobell. He has made $1,200,900 in his lifetime. He is owned by Manofmanymissions Stables, Mystical Marker Farms and Biasuzzi stables. He is bred by Kentuckiana Farms, trained by Ervin Miller and David Miller was in the bike.
